At the suggestion of my friend Louis I have posted the nutritional information for a standard lemon curd next to my recipe in the original lemon curd post on June 2nd. To say the differences are eye opening is an understatement.
I think the 15 grams of saturated fat (enough for a day and half) in a single serving was the biggest shock for me. That certainly cured me of thinking that I am missing something when everyone else is digging into the dessert tray.
