Also, do you use anything besides spinach for the "green".

Janet,

Thanks! This was surprisingly good. Both the hubby and I liked it. I have a couple additional pears in the frig. It will be difficult to make something different with them.

AliciaVegan Epicureanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08203676819322299569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-89397884329301884332010-01-11T11:22:01.847-05:002010-01-11T11:22:01.847-05:00I'm going to costco today, hope they have pear...I'm going to costco today, hope they have pears because this looks really yummy!janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09674219866233495307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-25405211388963350302010-01-11T03:11:52.279-05:002010-01-11T03:11:52.279-05:00Oh Yum! I have a beloved little gray fluff ball myself.

Thanks for letting us know we aren't alone with our breakfast platter ideas. That was one of my childhood favorites.

AliciaVegan Epicureanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08203676819322299569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-90474552133501288552010-01-09T13:47:05.369-05:002010-01-09T13:47:05.369-05:00That looks like a great breakfast to me!
