When you get to be our age sodium and high blood pressure become a concern.

I don't know about the fries. We don't eat fries unless I make them (which means baked fries) partly because the fat that is used to fry them begins to break down (oxidize) after 2 hours and you know it doesn't get replaced that often.

AliciaVegan Epicureanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08203676819322299569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-54479090705237137862009-08-24T18:39:14.804-04:002009-08-24T18:39:14.804-04:00i am guilty of eating their veggie burger sans may...i am guilty of eating their veggie burger sans mayo to support it. i think three times in 8 yrs? lol. its kinda fun though....are there fries vegan? i know mcdonalds are not!dirtyduckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11383110271569591721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-73662843494079727932009-08-24T10:07:03.094-04:002009-08-24T10:07:03.094-04:00veggievixen,
We don't typically eat fast food...veggievixen,

We don't typically eat fast food either. However, when my husband was in Tulsa a few weeks ago the closest thing he could find to something healthy was a Subway of all places. I decided to check out other national chains to see if there might be other options. It is not encouraging so far.

AliciaVegan Epicureanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08203676819322299569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3790414766945352054.post-37366962032535273982009-08-24T09:49:59.786-04:002009-08-24T09:49:59.786-04:00eeeeeeeewwww.
